STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TRAINING

Through the winter months, November to February, as an alternative to the Monday evening social run, members of Calne Smartt can sign up to our indoor strength and conditioning sessions. These sessions are designed by one of our coaches and incorporate a wide range of exercises using gym equipment such as plyometric jump boxes, abdominal exercise wheels, battle ropes or simple exercises performed on a yoga mat. The sessions build core strength which is beneficial for running.
