The committee are here to ensure the club delivers the right training and support for its members. It also exists to ensure the club continues to develop, and to ensure that it meets the needs of members of all abilities.
As the club continues to grow, the array of tasks also grows, so if you would like to assist, especially in leading training runs or rides then please let us know. Your help is appreciated.
Should you have any suggestions or ideas that you feel may benefit the club, please do let us know by emailing email@example.com. Should you wish to contact any committee members about their area of responsibility, the individual email addresses are shown below:

Sonja Ockwell - Club Treasurer
Sonja has been with the club for 6 years, after completing a C25K. Running has now become part of her life. It's how she unwinds at the end of the day. She has also found a passion for swimming and cycling and has recently completed a few triathlons. Her next challenge is Ride London which will be her longest event to date.
Catherine Cole - Club Secretary
Catherine is now on her second stint as club secretary, having been re-appointed in March 2023. She has always been 'sporty' but only took up running in 2009 and more recently triathlons. She has completed 4 marathons (including London twice) but prefers the shorter distances. She can generally be spotted at the Chippenham parkrun on a Saturday morning.
Helen Waran - Club Social Secretary

Jane joined the club after completion of the 2016 Beginners Course. She says "although I am not speedy, I have got the running bug and completed my first half marathon in 2019.
As Club Development Officer I aim to promote the club and our events within the local community and on social media. I am also responsible for the club kit to ensure we look our best when representing the club and attending local events."
Richard Smith - Club race co-ordinator
Richard graduated from our beginners group in 2017. He enjoys all types of running and has started to train for triathlons.
